I waited on hold over one hour on the HP tech support phone line today and I finally gave up when my ear was tired from holding the phone against my head, and I couldn't stand to listen to the HP promo recording any more than about 1500 times. I'm now waiting for the HP Chat Support, and it has said 'Estimate: 1 minute or less' waiting time for the last 15 minutes, and I've been waiting over a half hour total now. Will I be able to get the Windows 8 license number or serial number from HP for this specific HP Notebook?
